I can't watch the bootcamp videos (I get an error message)
Do you see an error message like this when you try to watch a Bootcamp video?
This can happen for a couple of reasons:
1) You are trying to watch the video in an old mobile or tablet browser that is not supported.
2) Your mobile or tablet is not up to date.
3) There are some other gremlins (and we'll help you figure it out!)
In all cases, please try to log in using Google Chrome or an up-to-date desktop or laptop browser. (Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, etc)
