I can't watch the bootcamp videos (I get an error message)

Do you see an error message like this when you try to watch a Bootcamp video?

This can happen for a couple of reasons:

1) You are trying to watch the video in a mobile/tablet browser that is not supported. 

2) You are trying to view the video in a Mac Safari browser. (IOS mobile Safari is supported, but desktop Safari is not).

3) There are some gremlins and we'll help you figure it out!

In all cases, please try to log in using Google Chrome or an up-to-date desktop or laptop browser. (Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, etc)
