I cannot login to the builder

Do you see this screen?

If so, there has likely been a glitch, and something has gone wrong! (This is a system login screen and should not be accessible on the front end)

To solve it, follow these steps:

1) Navigate back to your Agency Dashboard

2) Click on the 'Launch Builder' Action (on the relevant environment)

3) You should see a 'Loading Session' notification. Please wait a few moments:

4) When the build session has loaded successfully, you should see this screen. Click on the 'Launch Session' action:

5) You should now be logged into the builder successfully.
